About me
I’m Luan, a patient advocate, podcast host and writer who has spent years creating spaces where women feel heard. My work is shaped by my own health experiences and by the times I wasn’t taken seriously in healthcare, as well as the experiences so many women have trusted me with.
I hold every story — shared openly or anonymously — with care and confidentiality. My background in mentoring, teaching and one-to-one support has taught me how to create safe spaces for honest conversations without judgment.
